Agitator With Wall Scraper
0-65RPM mixing paddle with 2 fixed paddle to make the heating and homogenizing more even. With wall scraper to avoid any residual remain on the tank surface, all blades are perfectly welded on the agitator, no dead corner, easier to clean.
Half Open CoverHalf open cover and two side open cover design are both available.
Bottom Discharge OutletWith butterfly valve control, easy operate and clean, could be connected with discharge pump if needed.

Integrated Pipeline
The pipeline includes tap water pipe, pure water pipe, steam pipe, drain water pipe, hot water pipe, etc. The pipeline could make the work simpler especially when you have more than 2 mixing tanks, integrated each tank's piping into one, easier to operate and control. The piping system can be customized to automatic type, all pipes can be controlled by PLC Touch Screen.
