Operation steps:
Immerse the cup in the fluid & horizontal surface of the fluid is lower the rim of the cup, take out the cup vertically, meantime press the stop watch, the first break in the liquid's flow is measured-need to evaluate, must measure for 3 times continuously & get the average value of the 3 measurements, it's the flow time of the fluid.
