1. Applications:

The Pencil Hardness Tester is applicable to determine the hardness of coating film. It is suitable for labs and building sites. It also can examine the hardness of coating film on any direction.

2. Structure and working principle

The instrument is mechanical. Three point (Two wheels, and a lead core) contact the tested surface always to ensure the pencil and the tested surface forms the angle of 45 degrees, so as to push the movement of the instrument, to complete the testing process. Speed: 1mm/second.
